The purpose of leadership at Hills Grammar is to build the School. Leaders are called upon to align with, embody, express and enact the School’s Ethos and Character. Effective leadership is critical to optimising student learning and wellbeing as we strive towards the School’s aspirations for them as captured in our Graduate Aim, and as 'Originals', to achieve more than they believed possible.
Hills Grammar Student Leaders are appointed in our Junior and Senior Schools to support and lead the student body, promote a sense of identity, spirit and belonging to their respective House, to act as an advocate and voice for all students, to represent the public image of the School and uphold the traditions and values of the School. There are many opportunities to become a part of the Student Leadership team at Hills Grammar as Prefect, Co-Curricular Captain, House Captain and School Captain.
