Discovering Passions

The Co-curricular Program at Hills Grammar is an exciting and dynamic extension of the school curriculum, offering students incredible opportunities to explore their passions, hone their skills, and discover new interests. From the thrill of Sports to the creativity of Spoken and Performing Arts, the rhythm of Music to the innovation of STEM, and leadership growth to outdoor adventures, our program caters for everyone.

Anchored in the School’s ethos, the program celebrates diversity in interests, talents, and ambitions, providing activities that engage and inspire students of all backgrounds. These experiences play a vital role in shaping well-rounded individuals, fostering personal growth, and unlocking each student’s full potential.

Co-curricular

Hills Grammar provides a unique Co-curricular period, called Connect, every Thursday from 1.40pm – 2.25pm.  It is during Connect that our students engage in their chosen Co-Curricular activity, fulfilling their participation requirements. 
The opportunities available are abundant – sports such as 5-a-side Soccer, Badminton, Cricket, Dance and Squash, creative pursuits such as Chess, Junior Debating, Film Maker’s Club, Theatre Sports, En Plein Air Art, Stitch Masters, Digital Sound Engineering and Musical Theatre, STEM interests such as Coding, Kids in the Kitchen, Podcasts, Science Club, STEM Studio and Vegie Patch – there is something to spark the interest of each Hills Original.

Outside of School Hours Co-Curricular

Students have the choice to participate in a wide variety of Co-curricular opportunities that run before and after school and on weekends. 

Opportunities are grouped under our 6 pillars of Sport; Creative, Spoken and Performing Arts; Music; Leadership and Service Learning; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Outdoor Education.
