HillsFit

Students are able to choose from a range of activities or students may wish to attend the Fitness Centre and be supervised through their own training plans that are specific to their sports or general wellbeing. Each session will be supervised by a qualified staff member who will either be supervising the gym sessions or taking the specific classes. 

Part of our HillsFit Program, the Running Club is designed to provide training for the upcoming school Cross Country and Athletics carnivals and other events. It will also be used for those students who gain representation into the Junior and Senior School teams to train for the representative carnivals. Sessions are run by experienced members of staff and involve various training techniques for cross country and middle distance running.
