As we know, physical activity has been a very important contributor to health over the last few weeks, helping boost immune systems and maintaining overall physical and mental health. However, this was mainly happening at home and as such the Hills Grammar Department created the 1000 Point Challenge to help keep the community active (an initiative that has been replicated in many schools in the state).
Now we are back at school we can once again enjoy face to face Physical Education classes. To help minimise risk to your children the following guidelines have been put in place. These guidelines align with both AISNSW and DET guidelines for Physical Education classes.
