English Teacher | Temporary Part Time | Commencing Term 3 2025

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our Senior School team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to Stage 4 and 5 classes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a positive impact on our students' educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Senior School English, with a focus on delivering engaging and challenging lessons.

  • Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that encourage critical thinking and creativity.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual learning needs and encourages student participation.

  • Participate in the school’s co-curricular program.

  • Collaborate with the English department to promote continuous improvement in teaching practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant educational qualifications and current NESA accreditation.

  • This position would suit a recent graduate finalising their degree.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to professional growth.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
