Congratulations to our Hills Grammar students who participated at the AICES Cross Country Carnival on Tuesday. This is a big step up in competition as these students are now competing against students from across the State. Congratulations to Daniel Ambler and Michael O’Neil who finished 13th and 15th respectively. Thank you to Mr Donaldson who has been training these students and no doubt it will have assisted these students as they headed into the Athletics Carnival last Thursday.
Congratulations to all students who competed at the Hills Grammar School Athletics Carnival on Thursday. All students from Years 3-12 competed in a tabloid event that allowed students to participate in all events on the day. There were some excellent individual results that will allow us to select a competitive team for the ICES and HZSA Carnivals next term.
Our in-school Co-curricular Sport program that runs on Thursday continues to be a very successful program that allows our students another opportunity to increase their physical activity levels. Please see above an arrangement of photos from across all areas that include activities such as badminton, tennis, 5-a-side soccer, self-defence classes and dance.
