Role of the HG Parent Connector

A reminder for all families on the role of our HG Connectors.

They are there to assist the School in

  • Welcoming new families
  • Coordinating parent and family social events
  • Assisting at School events as required

If you have questions about operational items - please refer to the Weekly Bulletin, or HG Engage, which includes the General Information Page and your child’s timetable.

If your questions can’t be answered by these means, please direct your enquiry to the Student Office or Reception who will be able to assist you.

Academic questions should be directed to the classroom teacher / subject teacher or Head of Department. Their contact details are available via the General information page on HG Engage.

To organise a time to see other staff members (Admin, Community Relations, Finance), please email them to arrange a suitable time. When you arrive, please check in at reception or the student office and await their arrival.
