Hello everyone! My name is Niho. I am from Hiroshima, and currently I am a senior in my university. I was a Takeda high school student (HGS Japanese Sister School), and I have been to Hills Grammar once before, it was 6 years ago. Thanks of this historic relationship, between Takeda and Hills Grammar, I did know about charms of Hills Grammar and Australia a lot through Australia trip.
I’ll be working for a month as an internship student and an assistant of Japanese class. I am learning about education systems, especially peace-study in Japan in my university. Thus, I was looking for a best place, to learn about how to teach something to student and what differences of other country’s education systems compare with Japanese one. Then I got an opportunity to join in my Most Favorite School, Hills Grammar again. Moreover, this is an unexpected and wonderful opportunity for me.
I used to play judo, and I love both watching and playing sports. I also love listening to music and watching movies. And sometimes I shoot photos and videos on my camera or play drums as my hobby.
I am not good at English, and am super shy... However, I will do my best to make this experience amazing with everyone at Hills Grammar. Thank you to my host families from Hills Grammar for looking after me.
