The New Staff Induction Program at Hills Grammar ensures that new teachers and support staff are immersed in the ethos and culture of the School. They are welcomed as professionals and acknowledged as valued members of the School community. A comprehensive professional development program is implemented over the first semester which includes a dedicated mentoring program and essential learning to ensure that our new staff implement best practice in their approaches to student learning, wellbeing, growth and development.
