We have very limited vacancies across the School and strong waitlists for all year groups. For Year 7, enrolments are finalised 2 years prior to commencement and Kindergarten enrolments begin 18 months prior to commencement.
If you are a current family with siblings who do not currently attend Hills Grammar, please ensure you apply ASAP. Your status as a sibling of a current student prioritises you on the waitlist, but unfortunately does not guarantee you a place if the year group is already full.
Outlined below are the details for our key intake enrolments that we undertake each year.
- ECEC 2024 | The enrolments process for ECEC will commence in July with waitlisted families contacted to progress their enrolment for a January 2024 commencement.
- Year 7 2025 | We have commenced the enrolments process for Year 7 2025, with interviews progressively scheduled throughout the term and enrolments to be finalised by the end of July.
- Kindergarten 2025 | The enrolment process for Kindergarten 2025 begins in November 2023.
- Scholarships for Year 7 and Year 11 2025 | The Scholarship process for Year 7 and Year 11 2025, will open in November this year, with the Scholarship test and interview process scheduled for February 2024. Offers will be finalised by the end of Term 1 2024.
- 2023 Tours | Availability for our small group tours of Junior School, Senior School, and ECEC is extremely tight. Please visit our website to register for upcoming tours. If the tour you are interested in is not available, please complete the waitlist link and we will advise you of future opportunities.
