COVID-19 | Updated Protocols

We ask all families to remain vigilant and to continue to adhere to the following protocols:

  • Stay home if you are unwell – even with the mildest of symptoms – COVID-19 symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste, and loss of smell
  • If your child is unwell at School with any COVID-19 symptoms, you will be called to collect them immediately
  • Stay home if any member of your immediate household is being tested for COVID-19. Remain at home until the test results are returned as negative.
  • If a student has been tested for COVID-19, to return to campus after a negative result, families MUST provide either
    • A copy of the text message from the testing provider confirming your negative result  OR  A medical certificate from your GP confirming your negative result.
    • If families do not provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result, the student will be excluded from school for a ten day period AND must be symptom-free for at least three days before returning to school.
  • HSC Students receive priority test results – when HSC students are getting tested, they need to advise the GP/clinic that they are currently doing their HSC so their test results can be prioritised.

Anyone who has visited the identified 'hotspot' locations in New South Wales on the dates in question are to follow the guidance of NSW Health regarding testing and self-isolation.
