At Hills Grammar, it has been a tradition to conclude the year by coming together as a school community to celebrate and acknowledge the remarkable achievements of our students.

Venue | Convention Centre Hillsong | 1-5 Solent Circuit Baulkham Hills
Time | 12.45pm for a 1pm commencement - concludes 3pm
Student Attendance is Compulsory
All students are expected to attend the Annual Presentation of Awards and leave will only be granted in exceptional circumstances. Should leave be required, click here to complete and submit a leave application form.
The School Day
- All students are to arrive at School at normal time in their Summer uniform with Blazer.
- All students will attend normal lessons until departure time.
- Students will travel to the Convention Centre Hillsong by bus.
- There will be no student supervision in place at the School once all buses have left for the venue and the site will be secured.
- Students are asked not to bring School bags or personal back packs to School, instead:
- Senior School Students can bring a Hills Original Bag or a small bag
- Kindergarten – Year 6 can bring their library bags
- Senior and Junior school students should bring morning tea and lunch in disposable wrapping
- Students are not to bring laptops/books to school.
Music Students
Students involved in the Music program will be advised if they need to attend a rehearsal at the Convention Centre - Wednesday morning. They will be advised of travel arrangements directly by the Music staff. Food and drink will be provided for Music students attending early rehearsal on the day.
Student Transport arrangements to and from the Convention Centre
- All students will be transported to the Convention Centre via bus from school
- Please click here to complete the pick-up confirmation form which MUST be completedby no later than Friday 1 December.
Parking
There is limited parking around the Convention Centre, however, it is suggested that parents carpool or take public transport. Thank you for your ongoing support and contribution to Hills Grammar and look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 6 December.
