As we conclude our fundraising for the World’s Greatest Shave, we look at the extraordinary efforts the Class of 2026 have achieved.
Students have hosted multiple bake sales, had a raffle thanks to the generous donations from local businesses, hosted a school wide Crazy Hair Day, a Year 11 v Year 12 football match and of course, cut, coloured and shaved their heads! This ongoing commitment to raising awareness and funds gained the interest of Channel 10, and we thank journalist Daniel Doody for covering the event. Thank you as well to Ms Evans, Head of Year, who supported these students throughout their efforts, as well as all staff who supported this fantastic cause.
We are incredibly proud to announce that their efforts combined have raised $77,352!
After 19 years of raising funds for the Leukemia Foundation, this is a record breaking amount. Congratulations to our Class of 2026 on this incredible show of altruism.
