Teacher’s Aide Learning Enrichment | Commencing Term 1,2027

Hills Grammar is seeking a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic LE Teacher’s Aide to support students with additional learning needs across Junior and Senior School settings. This term-time-only role operates Monday to Friday.

Working within our Learning Enrichment Centre and mainstream classrooms, you will collaborate with teachers, specialist staff, and families to help students access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their individual learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide educational and wellbeing support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalised learning programs.
• Support student engagement, participation, organisation, and independence.
• Implement positive behaviour support strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom organisation.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success.

About You

• Experience supporting students with identified learning needs in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
• The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Confidence using technology and learning support platforms.
• A current Employee Working with Children Check.
