A new online application form will be uploaded soon. In the meantime, you can download an application form in PDF format.

An application form must be lodged for each child. A $100 application fee is payable for the first child and $75 is payable for each succeeding sibling. This amount is not refundable. Payment can be made online via the enrolment form using a valid credit card. Please note that your application will not be processed until payment is received.

Please read the terms and conditions of enrolment at the bottom of the form before submitting it.

Alternatively, you can download an application form in PDF format and return it to the school with your payment.
